Abigail Spencer

Abigail Leigh Spencer, born August 4, 1981 is an American actor. She is most famous for her roles in the film Cowboys & Aliens. The Haunting in Connecticut 2 Ghosts of Georgia Oz the Great & Powerful, The Great and Powerful, Is Where I Leave You. Amantha Holden, the Sundance Drama on the Channel Rectify. Abigail Leigh Spencer has worked in both television and film. She rose to fame with the roles she portrayed in the drama series Rectify. She is a native of Gulf Breeze, Florida and began her acting career in the soap opera All My Children. Her performance won her an Soap Opera Digest Award' for the most outstanding female newcomer. The following years, she mainly played guest characters on a variety of television shows. For instance, in the TV show Hawthorne She was highly acknowledged for her character of Dr. Erin Jameson. Slowly with the help of her stunning looks and impressive acting abilities, she was able to grow a huge fan of her. Her film debut was at around twenty, when she appeared in Campfire Stones. In addition, she has appeared on Jekyll This Means War, Chasing Mavericks and other films. The role she played on Beautiful Now earned her a nomination at the Madrid International Film Festival Award. The lead role in Timeless is Lucy Preston, history professor. Spencer received a Teen Choice Award nomination and has also been acknowledged for her role in the series by media.
